I am a certified former English teacher and tutor. You are handcuffed when it comes to tangible consequences for real discipline problems. And those future prisoners know it real quick. I've had one junior refuse to stand and/or say the Pledge of Allegiance which completely blindsided me. I let her have it and told her she might as well spit on the graves of the brave patriots who died so she can live in a free country; and why doesn't she go live in N Korea for 6 months. She'll be the first one on her feet after that. Believe me, I was biting my tongue not to cuss her out for being so worthless. Another one about that age strutted into class tardy singing rap shit at the top of his lungs, "I come in your mouth..." I let him have it too. And it's the little ones too as well; they have zero respect for authority and never shut their mouths because they are not being raised any better than their typical daily behavior reflects. I was ultimately fired over lunacy like this. 90% of prisoners are high school drop outs because no one ever enforced the rules when they were little. I'm writing an article for Fort Worth Magazine from advocating reinstatement of corporal punishment thing; please share horror stories of reprobate students that you know of ASAP; thanks!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18976642.post-46222421641546252292009-08-19T10:04:39.038-05:002009-08-19T10:04:39.038-05:00That picture is sweet! That picture is sweet!the Provident Womanhttp://theprovidentwoman.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18976642.post-12189186276892613432009-06-28T01:21:16.743-05:002009-06-28T01:21:16.743-05:00Oh no! I use McCormick's brand but apparently they've discontinued it. As have Spice Island and many other store brands. There are still a few places to order it online but I haven't had to do that yet. I'm rationing myself.

I like the sound of your recipe!
